Our property, spread over two levels, is perfect for accommodating up to 9 people, offering spacious areas and all the necessary comforts for an unforgettable stay.

The Property

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious double bedroom, easily convertible into a quadruple room thanks to the presence of a comfortable double sofa bed. On the first floor, we offer another double bedroom with the same conversion flexibility and a single bedroom, perfect for ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for all guests.

Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has a private balcony, allowing you to enjoy the summer breeze. 
The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals, while the furnished courtyard is the perfect spot to relax outdoors. The house also features two bathrooms, free WiFi, a washing machine, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, and TV in every room.
For families with small children, we provide a crib upon request. Parking is easily available on the public road adjacent to the property, ensuring convenient and stress-free access.

This strategic location will allow you to easily explore Noto and its surroundings. Just 4 km away, you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of Noto, a true paradise for sea lovers.
